The Role:
We are on the lookout for an innovative Creative Director to spearhead our creative team and guide the development of engaging, strategic campaigns across various mediums, including our new video and podcast division. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a unique mix of creativity, leadership skills, and a profound understanding of digital and multimedia storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of creative professionals, ensuring a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For:
- A portfolio that showcases your flair in graphic design, particularly in digital formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for website design.

Qualifications:
Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our CEO and CFO. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities. You will be instrumental in freeing up the executive’s time by managing administrative tasks, improving efficiency, and coordinating with other team members. In addition to traditional executive assistant responsibilities, you will leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain an organized calendar with prioritized tasks and reminders.
- Email Management: Monitor, filter, and respond to emails as needed. Organize and flag important communications for executive review.
- Task Prioritization & Follow-up: Create task lists, set deadlines, and track ongoing projects to ensure completion.
- Travel Coordination: Plan, book, and manage all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format documents, presentations, reports, and communications.

Key Skills & Requirements:
