Now Hiring: Senior Digital Strategist

Job description:

The Senior Digital Strategist will play a key role in supporting the ArtForm Team and our client base. You will be responsible for integrating digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels for clients across multiple industries. The successful candidate will need to work closely with all digital resources, including employees and contractors. Additionally, this person will work closely with the Leadership Team, to ensure all requirements and deliverables are accounted for and met. As such, this person must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a proven collaborator, passionate about organizing people and teams.

ArtForm is a fast paced environment and this role is critical to client relationships and client retention.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to develop cross-channel paid and organic marketing strategies and recommendations including: email marketing, social media, written communications, and website updates.
  • Advocate for the strategy in cross-functional team discussions and planning, with a strong understanding of the client, industry, and integrated opportunities
  • Manage project timelines from a technical perspective through the project lifecycle, developing project plans, schedules, delivery estimates, resource plans and status reports
  • Align with the ArtForm Team on project requirements, and deliverables.
  • Participate in removing barriers to timely and cost-effective project completion
  • Present and work with management to resolve critical issues or resource conflicts
  • Communicates project status to clients
  • Analyze and review important metrics and write insights with regards to delivering project initiatives, and reporting
  • Identify process efficiencies and ways of working with our team to improve our process and help the team deliver on incoming requests
  • Be an internal source of expertise in the digital project management field and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
  • Assist in writing impactful ad copy and landing page content, conceptualizing creative for advertising, social media and email.
  • Monitoring social media accounts, which includes posting, creating content calendars and engaging in two-way interactions.


Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience leading/managing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, engaging approach to people
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve even when you might not be the subject matter expert on the case
  • Attention to detail, dedication to quality assurance and thorough follow-through
  • Client relationship and retention skills
  • Understanding of our Project Management tools – currently Monday.com and Hubspot
  • Experience working on an open-source CMS (WordPress)
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with PPC and SEM

Now Hiring: Digital Strategist

Job description: 

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Strategist with experience developing and executing digital strategies, including paid search (SEM/PPC), paid social, e-mail marketing and/or SEO campaigns, along with experience in social media management, marketing and content. Exceptional communication skills, incredible attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude are absolutely essential for success in this role.

In this position, you will be integral in the development and execution of SEM, paid social, and other digital marketing communication strategies for the agency’s clients. This involves everything from performing robust data analysis to campaign conceptualization, creation, development, implementation, monitoring & reporting.

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to develop cross-channel paid and organic marketing strategies and recommendations
  • Advocate for the strategy in cross-functional team discussions and planning, with a strong understanding of the client, industry, and integrated opportunities
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across a wide variety of paid social, search, and programmatic ad platforms 
  • Collaborate with our digital strategy team to identify key performance indicators and optimization requirements
  • Understand and analyze performance data, reporting campaign metrics to internal and client teams
  • Assist in writing impactful ad copy and landing page content, conceptualizing creative for advertising, social media and email. 
  • Monitoring social media accounts, which includes posting, creating content calendars and engaging in two-way interactions.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience working on an open-source CMS (WordPress)
  • Experience with email marketing (Constant Contact, HubSpot, MailChimp)
  • Experience with PPC and SEM
  • Understanding of our Project Management tools – currently Monday.com and HubSpot
